What is new on the website?

EVERYTHING- we've added a lot of new products, and we've actually lowered pricing on a number of items. We just migrated to the Shopify platform, in order to create a great customer experience for you, and make ordering online easier. We've added an entirely new section on Trade Gear for our Hospitality customers. Plus, after you login you can order Wholesale by browsing products directly or by navigating to our Wholesale Portal to find the products you're already familiar with. You can also re-order what you have ordered in the past by clicking the Previous Orders tab in your Account. Plus, because we're on Shopify, we now have state of the art eCommerce payment processing + enterprise security. You won't have issues accessing our website or checking out.

How do I get access to exclusive Wholesale Pricing?

If you've signed up for Wholesale previously, your account is here- however you'll need to reset your password. That will allow you to login and see our Wholesale pricing. If you're a new customer, you can simply use the Wholesale Signup form. If you attach your Resale Certificate, we'll generally approve your Account in 24 hours. Just Login to see everything from Stock products to Custom products to Trade products and find what you're looking for to create a great customer experience.

Do I need to reset my password?

YES, you will need to reset your password to get Wholesale Access. Just click on the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page.

Will I need to save my credit card info?

Your old credit card data is no longer available here. Since we encrypt our credit card information, it wasn't possible to move it here to our new website. You just need to input your CC the first time you order. If you're a Net 30 customer, you can select those payment terms on checkout.

You have probably registered as a Wholesale Account and ordered stock product from us in the past (on the old website) and you are interested in checking out all the new products on the Wholesale Portal. Your Account is still here, however since its a completely new platform (built on Shopify) you will need to navigate to the Login page and change your password. If you have previously had Net 30 terms, those will still be in effect.

If you're new to Mercantile 12, and you would like to see our Wholesale pricing and order online, you need to Signup for Wholesale and upload your resale certificate. We generally approve new Wholesale signups within 24 hours. You can not only see Wholesale pricing- you can re-order with a few clicks. And since we're built on the Shopify platform, you can rest assured knowing you have the strongest enterprise security and encryption of your data.

We have added a brand new section called Trade Gear that is specifically for Hospitality, Resorts & Wineries that need specific products that can be decorated with your Logo. We have created a curated selection of products that are competitively priced, from drinkware to uniform apparel to Because of our partnership with American Solutions for Business, our buying power enables us to pass on the savings to you.
