Minimum order quantities?
Typically 24-72 depending on the product.
Up Front Charges?
Designs for your destination are no charge with one revision. Initial screen charges are $60.
Lead Times on Custom?
2-3 Weeks for Domestic Production. Items produced overseas longer.
Can you incorporate my Logo?
On some designs, we can incorporate your logo. We can add your logo in an alternate location like the back of a mug. We can print just your logo on any item. To see volume pricing, to go Trade Gear.
What format files do you need?
If you send us your logo, we need a vector file for print quality (prefer eps) or we can vectorize for you for a smal fee. Send your vector file to info@mercantile12.com
What happens if there are any defects in the final product?
We stand behind our products, and in the case of any breakage or product issues, we will replace those products at no charge
How much are typical shipping costs?
Shipping runs approximately $1 per pound. Mugs are the heaviest items, at approx 1 lb each (yes, they are heavy quality mugs!). Stainless, Totes and Towels are lighter
Are there any reset fees if I reorder?
We waive reset fees on any order over $1000 (which is our average order size)

Once you have approved the design, it only takes about 2-3 weeks for our makers to produce and ship your products.
